In all unseren Einheiten hat Gavdi mit einer breiten Palette von Consulting- und BPO-Partnern zu tun, welche bei großen SAP®-Implementierungsprojekten auf Gavdi als den SAP® HCM-Spezialisten zurückgreifen. Bei diesen Projekten ist Gavdi verantwortlich für die SAP HCM-Unterprojekte. Gavdi hat diese Rolle unter Berücksichtigung vieler zugrunde liegender Wirtschaftsmodelle – vom Festpreis/Fixtermin-Modell bis zum reinen Zeit/Material-Modell – übernommen. In der Regel übernimmt Gavdi im Rahmen der Partnerschaft ebenso den Verkaufsprozess für das SAP HCM-Unterprojekt.
